Description of signs
All of our signs are made to the highest of standards using only the finest welsh slate. Rustic edge types are all unique and may vary from the samples shown. Any markings in the slate are natural and is not considered to be unusual but unique. Colour variations may acur due to the natural material used. All signs are engraved not printed. All sizes quoted are approximate. Hidden fixings are used on all signs unless holes are requested.
Payment and pricing
All goods must be payed for in full before being dispatched. All prices are in GB pounds sterling.
Delivery
Please allow 7 working days for delivery, if we are unable to deliver during this period you will be notified via email or telephone as to when your delivery will be expected. we offer no grantee of being able to deliver within 7 working days. We will not refund goods that are delayed in transit. Free and charged delivery refers to an order being sent to a given address once only.
Confidentiality
All payments taken via our website use a secure server. Our payments are taken securely by Paypal or Sage pay. All confidential information is held securely and used only in accordance with the data protection act. Customer details are not passed to any third party but we reserve the right to pass on contact telephone numbers to our delivery service in order to deliver, unless specifically requested not to do so.
Cancellations and returns
If your goods are not manufactured to your specification then you have the right to cancel the contract return the goods and receive either a replacement or a full refund. If you are returning your goods please state your reasons why by an accompanying letter
